Join us this November for Winter Rest and Restore — a nurturing workshop designed to help you slow down, embrace the season’s quieter rhythm, and reconnect with deep rest. As the days grow shorter and life becomes busier in the lead-up to winter, this special afternoon offers an opportunity to pause, reset, and create space for yourself. We’ll begin with grounding practices, taking time to arrive fully in the space and in your body, allowing your breath to settle and your mind to soften. From this place of stillness, we’ll move into journalling for calm, using guided prompts to gently explore your thoughts, emotions, and intentions for the months ahead. You’ll then be guided through a soothing Yin yoga practice, allowing the body to soften, release tension, and settle into stillness. Through longer-held, supported postures, you’ll create space for both physical and mental restoration. Following this, we’ll explore aromatherapy: a sensory journey through soothing scents to discover how fragrance can influence mood and relaxation. Together, we’ll notice which aromas help you feel most at ease and how you can bring these calming rituals into your daily life. We’ll close with a deeply restful Yoga Nidra. This final practice will help you integrate the session’s benefits, leaving you feeling grounded, renewed, and at peace. As a special gift, each participant will receive a beautiful heated eye pillow to take home. Designed to support relaxation, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and restful moments throughout the season, it will become a gentle reminder to continue prioritising rest long after the workshop ends. Throughout the afternoon, you’ll also learn simple, practical ways to incorporate more rest into everyday life, helping you move through the winter months with greater ease and balance. Leave feeling deeply restored, grounded, and equipped with tools to support your wellbeing throughout the season ahead. All are welcome; no previous yoga, journalling, or meditation exper…
