Whether you're seeking clarity, emotional release, or a moment of peace, this special seasonal workshop offers a gentle yet powerful way to reconnect with yourself and the world around you. Join us at The Studio Bartlow, a light-filled, peaceful space surrounded by nature, for a three-hour guided writing experience, including a walk for inspiration through the beautiful Bartlow countryside, designed to restore balance, spark insight, and support emotional wellness. Led by Sam, with over a decade of experience in recovery and creative facilitation, this workshop is open to everyone - no writing background needed. Whether you’re a total beginner or someone who journals regularly, this session is all about writing for yourself, not performance. Sam is an NHS Talking Therapies Mental Health Coach. For the past 10 years she has worked in 1:1 support and recovery and facilitated groups both in person and online.
